  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon paleo baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup paleo chocolate chips

  • In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients together except for the chocolate. Once combined stir in the chocolate.
  • Place the dough into a 5″ cast iron skillet. Bake for 20 minutes then let rest for 10-15 minutes in order for the middle to slightly set.
