- 1/4 cup honey

- In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients together except for the chocolate. Once combined stir in the chocolate.

hello this cookie was amazing. I substituted the coconut oil with same amount of pumpkin puree. Used date sugar instead of honey. My husband loved it.
