Sheet Pan Nachos Options

One of the best things about nachos is how easily they can be tailored to different preferences. Whether you’re looking for something simple or want to load up on toppings, these nachos have you covered.

If you prefer a different protein, you can swap the ground beef for shredded chicken, turkey, or even ground pork. Vegetarian? Simply omit the meat and add extra beans, corn, or even roasted vegetables like peppers and onions. For a spicy kick, top the nachos with sliced jalapeños or drizzle your favorite hot sauce on top. The beauty of this dish is that you can adjust it based on what you have on hand or what your family enjoys.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Lukcily, nachos are easy to store and reheat. Place any remaining nachos in an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to two days. When it’s time to reheat, avoid the microwave as it can make the chips soggy. Instead, place them back in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes to restore their crispy texture and get the cheese bubbling again.

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 large tomato chopped

Instructions

  • Add the remaining chips as a second layer. Top with the remaining beef, corn, black beans, and the other cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes, until the chips are golden and everything is heated through. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

  • Finish with your choice of optional toppings and serve immediately.
