  • Use a hand mixer to blend on medium speed for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and forms soft peaks.
  • Transfer the whipped cream to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

Make sure to look at the sugar content of the heavy whipping cream as they vary greatly!
