coconut oil or ghee

turmeric

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat stirring often. Bring it to a simmer.
Let simmer for 5 minutes. Taste the golden milk at this point and add more maple syrup of honey if desired.
Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
