Golden Milk Ayurveda Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened Almond milk or Coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan. Heat over medium heat stirring often. Bring it to a simmer.
  • Let simmer for 5 minutes. Taste the golden milk at this point and add more maple syrup of honey if desired.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
