Instructions
Combine the pumpkin puree, oat milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a small saucepan.
Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it is well mixed and warmed through.
Meanwhile, brew a cup of strong coffee and add into the pumpkin mixture,
Pour into cups and serve hot!
Optional: top with whipped coconut cream for an extra special treat and add sprinkles.
Notes
* You can use sugar-free maple syrup to decrease carb count even further!
