Copycat Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup*
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • whipped cream optional topping
  • pumpkin shaped sprinkles optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine the pumpkin puree, oat milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a small saucepan.
  • Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until it is well mixed and warmed through.
  • Meanwhile, brew a cup of strong coffee and add into the pumpkin mixture,
  • Pour into cups and serve hot!
  • Optional: top with whipped coconut cream for an extra special treat and add sprinkles.

Notes

* You can use sugar-free maple syrup to decrease carb count even further!
