Cheesy Gluten Free Hash Browns

Ingredients
  

  • 32 ounces frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Layer the hash browns in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  • Spread the mixture over the hashbrowns.
  • Cook the hashbrowns on high for 3-4 hours or until done to your liking.
  • Open the lid 1 hour into cooking, and mix all of the ingredients together well.
