Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream for a minute, add the sweetener, continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Add the slightly thawed raspberries to the whipped cream and turn on the mixer. Mix until it the mousse turns a deep pink.
Your mousse is ready to enjoy!
