Brew your coffee or espresso and allow it to cool. For espresso, prepare one or two shots depending on your preference for strength.
In a glass filled with ice, combine the cooled coffee, almond milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and stevia. Stir thoroughly to mix the ingredients evenly.
Pour the mixture into a serving glass over ice. Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon to your liking.
If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional cinnamon for garnish.
