Grated Egg Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice of gluten-free bread of choice
  • 1 hard-boiled egg cooled
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Toast the gluten-free bread until golden brown. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the toasted bread.
  • Peel and grate the hard-boiled egg using a fine grater. Set it aside.
  • Slice the avocado and arrange the slices evenly over the toasted bread.
  • Sprinkle the grated egg over the avocado slices.
  • Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Serve immediately.
