Wash the strawberries, trim the ends, and pat them dry. Insert a skewer or toothpick into the top of each strawberry. If it doesn’t stay securely, dip the tip of the skewer into melted chocolate and insert it into the strawberry. Let the chocolate harden before continuing.
Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring after each, until fully melted.
Dip each strawberry into the melted milk chocolate, ensuring it is evenly coated. Place the coated strawberries on parchment paper to cool and harden.
Once the milk chocolate coating has set, melt the white chocolate or almond bark in a microwave-safe dish using the same interval-and-stir method. Transfer the melted white chocolate to a piping bag.
Snip a small tip off the piping bag and pipe laces onto each chocolate-covered strawberry to resemble a football. Allow the white chocolate to cool and harden before serving.
