Dairy Free Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot starch/flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pour the almond milk into a pot over medium heat.
  • Whisk in the arrowroot flour until well combined.
  • Mix in the paprika, garlic powder and salt to taste.
  • Stir in the nutritional yeast.
  • Let the mixture simmer until thickened to your desired consistency.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
