Crack Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cup chicken shredded
  • ¾ cup salsa sugar-free
  • 1 cup shredded cheese divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese. Add the sour cream and mix it until it is creamy.
  • Add the spices and the salsa and mix. Add the chicken and mix in briefly (if your chicken is not well shredded, the mixer will help the chicken to shred quickly!). Add ½ of the cheese and combine thoroughly.
  • Spread the dip mixture into your baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite low carb crackers, chips, or veggies.
