  • In an 8 to 12-ounce microwave-safe mug, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sweetener. Stir thoroughly until evenly mixed.
  • Add the wet ingredients: almond milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  • Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of the batter.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute and 45 seconds. If the surface still appears too wet, microwave in 10-second increments until the brownie is set.
  • Let the brownie cool for at least 1 minute before serving.
  • For an optional garnish, dust with low-carb confectioners' sweetener before enjoying your warm, gooey brownie.
