Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas peel and chop before you freeze
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Optional Toppings

  • Cacao Nibs
  • Banana
  • Berries
  • Shredded coconut
  • Granola
  • Bee Pollen

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the banana and place in the freezer along with the blueberries until frozen. About an hour.
  • Add frozen fruit and remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and add desired toppings.
  • Serve and immediately!
