Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into thin, even strips for consistent cooking.
  • Place the sweet potato strips in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Toss until all the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 to 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  • Arrange the sweet potato strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket, as this will prevent the fries from crisping properly.
  • Air fry each batch of sweet potato fries for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking or flipping them halfway through cooking. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy to your liking.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining sweet potato strips until all batches are cooked.
